Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 days after receipt of payment, if the product is listed as in stock. All local packages are shipped via The Courier Guy with tracking and drop-off with signature. Delivery happens across South Africa and Africa. Delivery is within 1 to 4 working days. If in an outlying area, delivery only happens every few days, so may take upto a week.

PLEASE NOTE DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS. DELIVERY IS MON-FRI ONLY.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Wherever possible items on the site have an indication of the delivery time. In the case of out of stock items, the delivery time is an approximation, and while every effort will be made to supply the stock on time, Foscam cannot be held liable for events beyond their control.

Stock for orders which are placed and paid for by EFT will only be held for 12 hours. 

Bulk orders or custom orders have a lead time of 2-3 weeks, and will only be ordered in once payment has been received. Bulk orders or custom orders are not allowed to be returned. It is upto the customer to ensure that the product has been thoroughly researched prior to ordering, to ensure the correct product is received. Foscam cannot be held liable if the incorrect product has been ordered under instruction of the client.

If items with differenct delivery times are ordered together, the item with the longest delivery time will determine the delivery time of all the items in the order, unless the customer chooses to accept part shipment of the order.

Foscam makes every effort to assure that the information supplied on the site is accurate. Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every effort will be made to inform the buyer.
